Charles Maddocks
Trainee
Charles is an ambitious and conscientious trainee with 2 years experience working on narrative, commercials and music promos shot on both digital and film formats.
He completed the year long Screenskills trainee finder programme in 2023 after leaving One Stop Films in 2022, where he spent a year working as a kit room tech. He has a positive and proactive attitude to camera assisting, does his upmost to support his crew and is always eager to learn new kit and skills.
Based in South London, Charles is passionate about cinematography and actively seeks out shooting projects to further his learning about lighting. He has a particular affection for celluloid and owns a range of both 16mm, Super8 and MiniDV Cameras that he also rents out.
